Merchant and scope

These Purchase Terms and Conditions apply to customers using https://pureplate.pro, Alsersa, UAB (307158618), Architektų g. 56-101 (Lazdynai), Vilnius, 04111, Lithuania.

PurePlate Pro sells digital meal-plan credits. A credit lets an authenticated customer generate a downloadable PDF meal plan from the dietary profile they provide.

Account and purchase terms

• Purchases must be made from your own customer account.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, allergy, and dietary information.
• PurePlate Pro may refuse, cancel, or review an order where payment fails, information is inaccurate, or misuse is suspected.
• Meal plans are informational nutrition-planning documents and are not medical advice.

Prices, taxes, and fees

• All checkout prices are shown and charged in EUR.
• VAT or similar sales tax, where applicable, is included in the listed price. No extra tax is added at checkout.
• PurePlate Pro does not add platform, service, or card-processing fees at checkout.
• Your card issuer may apply foreign exchange, international, cash advance, or account fees outside PurePlate Pro control.

Payment security

Payments are processed using a secure and verified payment gateway. Sensitive card data is transmitted through encrypted payment infrastructure using SSL/TLS encryption. PurePlate Pro does not store full card numbers or CSC/CVV codes.
