Payment availability

Payment-provider integration is pending. Credits allocated through the current checkout are available in the account. Card processing and confirmation emails will become available when their integrations are connected. The purchase and payment provisions below apply to live purchases.

Accepted payment methods

PurePlate Pro currently accepts card payments for one-time purchases of digital meal-plan credits.

Card payments are processed by independent third-party payment service providers and acquiring institutions selected by ALSERSA, UAB. The payment provider used for a particular transaction may be identified during checkout or on the payment page.

Payments may be processed by independent payment service providers, acquiring institutions, card schemes, authentication providers and fraud-prevention service providers. The provider used for a transaction may vary depending on availability, technical requirements and the customer’s location.

Available payment methods may depend on the payment gateway, issuing country, card scheme support, and fraud or risk controls.

Accepted currencies and transaction amount

PurePlate Pro accepts payment in the following currencies:

• Euro (EUR)
• US Dollar (USD)
• Swedish Krona (SEK)
• Norwegian Krone (NOK)
• Hungarian Forint (HUF)
• Czech Koruna (CZK)

Prices and checkout total

• All PurePlate Pro prices are listed in EUR.
• The checkout total and the currency charged are shown before payment is submitted.
• PurePlate Pro does not set separate minimum or maximum card transaction restrictions beyond the visible product package prices.

Taxes and fees

• VAT or similar sales tax, where applicable, is included in the listed price. No extra tax is added at checkout.
• PurePlate Pro does not add platform, service, or card-processing fees at checkout.
• Your card issuer may apply foreign exchange, international, account, or other issuer fees outside PurePlate Pro control.

Payment security and card handling

ALSERSA, UAB does not store full payment card numbers or card verification codes. Card payment data is processed directly by independent payment service providers in accordance with applicable payment-security requirements.

PurePlate Pro processes one-time card payments through a payment gateway and does not store full card numbers, CSC/CVV codes, or raw payment credentials. If saved cards or recurring payments are introduced later, checkout will disclose the stored credential terms before any credential is saved or reused.

Receipts and support

• Receipts show merchant DBA, transaction type, itemized products and prices, total and currency, transaction date and time, card scheme, and available card last four digits. Full card numbers and CSC/CVV codes are never shown on receipts.
