Credential-on-File Policy

Current card handling

PurePlate Pro currently processes one-time card payments through a payment gateway. PurePlate Pro does not store full card numbers, CSC/CVV codes, or raw payment credentials.

Stored credential consent

• Checkout requires you to acknowledge this Credential-on-File Policy before payment completes.
• If saved cards or recurring payments are introduced later, checkout will disclose the stored credential terms before any credential is saved or reused.
• Any future saved payment method will identify the merchant, transaction type, cancellation method, and customer support contact before consent is collected.

Receipts and card details

Receipts may show the card scheme and last four digits for identification. Full card numbers and CSC/CVV codes are never shown on receipts.
